Moreno Perna

Moreno Perna (1989) is an Italian performer and choreographer based in Amsterdam. After graduating at the Amsterdam University of the Arts, he worked with Jan Fabre between 2014 and 2018, as part of the casts of “Mount Olympus” and “The Power of Theatrical Madness”. His body of work now focuses on his “Auratic Practice”, a movement and spiritual practice.

His past performances are: “LDRC”, about the weird world of The Internet, and “XYX”, a performance about Gender identity. 

"AURA", with dancer Evgenia Rubanova, was supported by Dansmakers Amsterdam, ICK Amsterdam and United Cowboys.

Moreno is now busy working with musicians and composers Dag Taeldeman and Andrew Van Ostade on the concert-performance “BodyBodyBodyBody” and the release of a music album with them.
